The operations platform for logistics companies
Payroll, work schedule, fleet, performance and people — connected by company, role and depot. Built around how a delivery operation actually works, day by day and week by week.

Payroll & service fees
Import the client's service report, check every route and send each day's payroll. The week flows to Compliance for review and validation.
Route planning
Plan IN, OFF and standby for every driver, two weeks side by side, with each driver's latest performance band next to the name.
Performance
Upload the weekly performance report and Themion ranks depots, tracks productivity and the economy of each operation, and shows where every driver stands.
Fleet & Van Check
Pools per depot, availability at a glance — and with the Van Check app the manager inspects from any device, wherever they are. Every photo lands on the right vehicle.
People & recruitment
Control the whole journey — from the first contact until the driver starts their first day on the road — with each department's checks in one place.

Illustrative data
Delivery apps. Connected to your operation.
Themion Go and Go+ connect the driver's delivery workflow to your management platform, from loading to recorded deliveries.
Scan labels, plan the route and record deliveries on your device.
Everything in Go, with extra tools for the delivery day.
Go+ works online and offline: plan the route online, then keep delivering without signal — supported actions are saved on the device and synchronised when the connection returns.
Online or offline, the delivery day doesn't stop. In-app navigation guides the driver while there is a connection; deliveries keep being recorded either way.

Themion Go+ → Themion
Go+ works online and offline: plan the route online, then keep delivering without signal — supported actions are saved on the device and synchronised when the connection returns.
Go handles deliveries. Themion Driver remains the separate workspace for the driver's work schedule, documents and team updates.
Route ready
One platform. The right access.
Themion connects the people doing the work with the people managing it. Each role gets its own view, with access organised around your company and depots.
The management workspace runs on a computer or a phone, with drivers, fleet, performance and finance in one place. Access follows role and depot.
Desktop & smartphoneDrivers get their own app: daily van check, work schedule, invoices, weekly performance and documents to sign — with notifications on their device when something arrives.
Driver access & notificationsThemion Van Check records vehicle inspections with photos on any device. Each inspection is stored against the vehicle in Fleet, where the team reviews it.
Van Check & FleetThemion Van Check → Fleet
An inspection should stay with the van. Themion Van Check links the check and its photos directly to the vehicle in Fleet, so the team can find and review them in context.
The platform
Themion is organised by company, role and depot. These are the modules your team works in every day.
Last mile delivery solutions for B2B and B2C operations.
The live route board for the day: who is out, where the load stands, and what needs attention.
Drivers, recruitment, documents to sign, expiry dates and the weekly performance per driver.
Vehicles, inspections with photos, damage allocation and the daily driver check — all against the vehicle.
Import the weekly service report, review allocations and prepare driver payments from the operation's own records.
Getting started
Company, depots and roles. Access is organised around who manages what.
Drivers, vehicles and team members. Drivers receive their own access to the app.
A week of work schedule, a performance report sent to drivers, an inspection reaching Fleet — then widen from there.
Questions
Go covers label scanning, route planning and delivery records with photos. Go+ includes everything in Go, plus offline work on a pre-planned route, reminders at each stop, completed routes with PDF export and in-app navigation (NAVBOX). Go+ is enabled by your operation's management, not on this site.
Yes — Go+ works online and offline. Plan the route online first. On that pre-planned route, supported actions are saved on the device and synchronised when the connection returns; until then, management sees the last confirmed state. In-app navigation needs a connection — it is not offline maps.
No. Go and Go+ are for the delivery day. Themion Driver remains the driver's separate access for work schedule, documents, finance and performance, and notices.
Yes. The management workspace is responsive, and the driver app and Van Check are built for the phone. Both can be added to the home screen.
A manager sends each driver an invite by email from the dashboard. The driver sets a password and signs in to their own app, separate from the management dashboard.
Van Check is for team members with Fleet access. Drivers also complete a simpler daily van check in their own app.
They are stored with the inspection, against the vehicle in Fleet. The team reviews them there.
From the route files your operation already exports. Orbit is the thinking part of the system: it reads the day from those files and the operation's own records to anticipate where support may need to be sent and which routes are at risk of failing.
Yes. Roles can be scoped to one depot, several, or the whole company.
