Themion Go Terms
Version 2026-10-14 · Customer Agreement ›
These terms add to the Customer Agreement between THEMION LTD ("Themion") and the Customer when the Customer's plan includes Themion Go or Themion Go+ (together, "Go") for its drivers. If these terms conflict with the Customer Agreement about Go, these terms apply. They do not apply to drivers who subscribe to Go directly as individuals.
1. What Go does
Go is an app for the Customer's drivers. Depending on the plan, it reads parcel labels from a photo, builds and orders the stops of a route, gives turn-by-turn navigation, shares the driver's live position with the Customer during a route, records arrivals, deliveries and failed deliveries, and stores proof-of-delivery photos and notes. Go+ adds features such as offline use, notes and route summaries.
2. Drivers and access
The Customer decides which drivers get access to Go and on which plan, and can switch access on or off in the Service. Fees for Go are charged per driver with access during the billing month, at the prices shown in the Customer's account.
The Customer is responsible for its drivers' use of Go, and for the phones, mobile data and in-vehicle phone holders they use.
3. Safe driving
Navigation, routes, arrival times and stop order are guidance only. Drivers must follow the Highway Code, road signs and the instructions of the police, use their own judgement, and only use a phone while driving in a hands-free way allowed by law. The Customer will tell its drivers this before they use Go.
Maps, addresses, door locations and routes may be wrong or out of date. Themion is not responsible for fines, damage or delays caused by following a suggested route or location.
4. Location tracking
Go collects the driver's GPS position only while a route is running, so it can navigate, show live progress to the Customer, detect arrivals and record proof of delivery. Go does not track drivers outside their routes.
The Customer is the controller of this location data. Before a driver uses Go, the Customer must tell the driver clearly that their location is tracked during routes and why, and must have a lawful basis to do so.
5. Label reading
Go reads the text on parcel labels from photos using an automated service, including an AI service provided by a sub-processor listed in the Data Processing Agreement. Readings can be wrong. Drivers and the Customer must check addresses that the app flags as uncertain, and the Customer remains responsible for delivering to the right address.
Label photos and the data on them are personal data processed on the Customer's behalf under the Data Processing Agreement.
6. Shared door locations
To bring drivers to the right door, Go learns where the entrance of an address is when drivers confirm it (for example, "The door is here"). These confirmed points — an address and a map position only, with no names, parcel details, customer or driver identity — may be shared across all Go users to improve accuracy for everyone. The Customer agrees to this use. Themion owns this anonymous location database.
7. Proof of delivery
Delivery records, photos and notes are stored for the Customer as part of the Service, under the Customer Agreement and the Data Processing Agreement. They are evidence of what the app recorded and do not replace the Customer's own contracts with its clients and carriers.
8. App stores and devices
Go works in a supported web browser and may also be offered through app stores. If a driver downloads Go from an app store, the store's own terms also apply to that download. Some features (such as offline maps) depend on what was saved on the device while it had a signal.
9. Ending Go
The Customer can remove Go from its plan with 30 days' notice, under the Customer Agreement. When Go ends, drivers lose access to the app; the Customer's delivery records remain available under the Customer Agreement and the Data Processing Agreement.
