Terms of Use
Last updated: 9 October 2026
These terms apply when you use themion.app and the Themion apps. They are provided by THEMION LTD, registered in England and Wales, company number 17483544, registered office 2 The Firs, Reading, RG1 6HN. Business customers also have a separate agreement with us; if it conflicts with these terms, that agreement applies.
1. Accounts
Keep your login details private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. Companies are responsible for the access they give to their staff and drivers and for the data they put into Themion.
2. Acceptable use
Do not use Themion for anything unlawful, do not try to break into or overload the service, do not copy or reverse engineer it, and do not collect data from it by automated means without our written permission.
3. Driving safely
Navigation and route suggestions are guidance only. Drivers must always obey the Highway Code and traffic signs, use their own judgement, and only use a phone while driving in a hands-free way allowed by law. Maps can be wrong or out of date.
4. Your data
Business customers own the data they put into Themion. We use it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy and data processing agreement.
5. Plans and payment
Prices and plans are shown when you subscribe or in your company's agreement. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled; cancelling stops the next renewal. Individual subscribers who are consumers keep their legal rights, including any right to cancel.
6. Availability
We work hard to keep Themion available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Offline features depend on what was saved on the device while it had a signal.
7. Intellectual property
Themion, its software and its brand belong to THEMION LTD. Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors; other map services are credited in the apps.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, for business customers, our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees paid to us in that period, and we are not liable for indirect losses or loss of profit. Consumers' statutory rights are not affected.
9. Suspension and ending
We may suspend access that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk. You can stop using Themion at any time.
10. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction; consumers may also use the courts where they live.
