You have rights over your personal data under UK data protection law. Using them is free, and we answer within one month.
Your rights
- Access — get a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Correction — fix data that is wrong or incomplete.
- Deletion — ask us to delete your data when there is no reason to keep it.
- Restriction and objection — ask us to stop or limit how we use it.
- Portability — receive your data in a common format.
- Withdraw consent — at any time, where we rely on consent.
How to make a request
Email privacy@themion.app with the subject "Data request" and tell us: your name, the email or phone you use in Themion, the app (Themion system, Go, Go+, Driver app or Van Check), the company you work for (if any) and what you would like us to do.
We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act, to protect your data.
If you drive or work for a company that uses Themion
That company controls your work data. We will pass your request to it and help it answer you within the legal time limit.
