Themion Go app terms

1. The app and your account

Themion Go helps you read parcel labels, put your stops in order and find each door. Themion Go is free, with a daily limit on AI label reading. Themion Go+ is a paid monthly subscription that adds the features shown on the upgrade screen.

You must be 18 or over. Give us accurate details, keep your login private and do not share your account. Tell us at privacy@themion.app if you think someone else has used it.

2. Go+ through Google Play

In the app from Google Play, Go+ is sold and billed by Google Play using your Google account. Google shows the price, any free trial and the renewal date before you confirm.

The subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions. Go+ stays on until the end of the period already paid; after that your account goes back to the free Go.

Deleting your Themion account does not cancel a Google Play subscription — please cancel it in Google Play too.

Refunds for Google Play purchases follow Google Play's refund policies. You can also write to us at privacy@themion.app. If you are a consumer, nothing here takes away your statutory rights, including any right to cancel or to a refund under UK consumer law.

3. Price changes

If the price of Go+ changes, Google Play will tell you before the new price applies, and you can cancel before it does.

4. Driving safely

Directions, arrival times and stop order are guidance only. Always follow the Highway Code, road signs and the police, and use your own judgement. The app may not know about road closures, turning restrictions, height or weight limits or private roads.

Put your phone in a holder and only use it in a hands-free way allowed by law. Never type or read the screen while driving — stop somewhere safe first.

5. Labels, addresses and doors

Labels are read by automated tools, first on your phone and, when needed, by an AI service. Readings, map pins and door locations can be wrong. Check the address before you deliver: you remain responsible for delivering to the right place under your agreement with the carrier or company you deliver for.

6. The shared door network

When you confirm where a door or a safe parking spot is, that point (the address and its place on the map) is kept by Themion and can be used to guide other Themion drivers to the same address. It is not shown to other drivers with your name. Do not write notes with personal details about residents.

7. Photos and notes

Take proof-of-delivery photos only as your carrier or company allows, and avoid photographing people or the inside of homes. You are responsible for the photos and notes you add.

8. Independence

Themion is independent. It is not made by, endorsed by or connected with the carriers, retailers or other companies whose parcels you deliver.

9. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep the app available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always work without interruption or errors. Features that work without internet depend on what was saved on your phone while it had a signal. We may improve or change the app; if we take away a main Go+ feature you pay for, we will tell you and you can cancel.

10. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or not using reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, for business losses (such as lost earnings, or fines or charges from a carrier or company) or for events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights.

11. Ending

You can stop using the app at any time and delete your account in the app's menu. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk; if we close your account without a good reason, we will tell you first and you will not be charged for Go+ after that.

12. Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and we will tell you in the app about important changes. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales or where you live in the UK.
